 After our company was purchased from Carrier Corporation, the new
ownership wanted a completely new web presence. We were now a much
smaller entity, but needed to present a huge image to the market.
I worked with Carl and Scott at brandExx in tandem. They were a dynamic team. In
fact, you would never know that brandExx and Print Direction are not the
same company. Becky, my Project Manager, was exceptional at helping
pull me through the process of gathering the necessary assets, stay on
the timeline, etc.
I really can't stress enough, how important the customer focus of this team
was a factor in our success. We could not have created a great website
within the deadline without their help.
Since the site has launched, I have already begun updating the pages with
new product information, marketing messages, etc. It is so nice to have
this capability at my access. In the past, we literally, had to wait weeks for changes to be implemented. I never knew how much they were going to
cost.
In making our decision on a partner for this effort, we got four bids. Two of those were significantly higher than the PDI/brandExx option. I believe we got a better website at competitive price.

Our recent website project presented many challenges. After our company
was acquired by a much larger, international defense industry giant, I was
faced with managing the development of a single website that could
communicate a common culture between these two merging companies. It
was not an easy task.
The partnership with brandExx proved to be a seamless one. Carls team
worked smoothly alongside the brandExx team to guide us through a
VERY DIFFICULT time. Their understanding of our organization was
hugely beneficial. They knew what we needed. We just didn't have a
learning curve!
Other technical challenges involved building a site that was easily
managed by our staff, government agency firewalls had to be addressed
and more. The finished site has been very well received. With the content
management, we are able to implement changes on the fly, at no
additional cost, mind you. I would endorse this team to anyone looking for
a web-development team that can be counted on. You will not find a better
value!
